Mark McAndrew

Mark is our lead teaching pastor. He has taught high school Bible at Westminster Christian Academy since 2013 and at the Christian Learning Center of Madison County from 2010-2019. He has taken classes at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark is always thrilled to discuss the things of God’s word with others, joyful to continually see more and more of the majesty of the glory of God revealed in it. He and his wife Kelly have four children, Micah, Molly, Maggie, and Mitchell.

Zach Petty

Zach serves both as a Lay Elder and on Staff as the Church Administrator at North Avenue. Zach assists in teaching and helps lead global missions in the church and has a passion for reaching the unreached with the gospel, eager to support those who are sent to share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches where Christ has not yet been named. He and his wife Leah met and were married at North Avenue, and have had the joy of being a part of this church since its inception.

Ian Webster

Ian serves both as a Deacon and on staff as the Music and Tech Director at North Avenue. He is married to Erin, and they have three children, Amelia, Judah, and Georgia. The Websters and the worship team care deeply about playing music that is doctrinally sound and Gospel-rich. Wes Elrod

Wes serves both as a Deacon and on staff as Assistant Treasurer at North Avenue. Wes is marked by a genuine love for North Ave and its members, and is known for his hospitality and compassion. Wes and his wife, Holly, have been a part of NAC since nearly the beginning and have both been a staple of joyful service throughout their time.

Carter Hart

Carter is a ‘see a need and do something about it’ kind of person, always quietly ready to step in, even unprompted, to serve and assist in any way he can, and with an attitude of joyful service, free of any complaining, that inspires and benefits all those he serves alongside.

Zach Hutzell

Zach is exceptional not only at serving where there is a need, but showing initiative in identifying needs and ways that he can use his gifts and desires to help benefit the church, and he leads his wife, Avery, in doing the same. Zach is likewise marked by his deep love for this church, and it is so evident for anyone who knows him.

Jared Smith

Jared has been an active part of this church ever since the Lord called him to himself in 2021, and is always ready to serve and lend a hand wherever he finds himself. Perhaps more than anyone, he has helped doing unseen work and often during late nights, ensuring the church’s needs are met.

Josh Crouse

Biblical Counseling Director

Josh has his Masters in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s University, is credentialed with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, and has a passion for seeing God’s word rightly applied to living lives to the glory of God.

Holly Elrod

Nursery Director and Meal Coordinator

Holly serves on staff in multiple capacities where she exemplifies service, hospitality, and a love for our church and its numerous children alongside her husband, Wes.

Debbie Woodard

Church Secretary

Debbie’s organizational skills and passion for service are evidently clear in how she performs in this vital role. She and her husband, Ben Woodard, have four children: Ryan, Matthew, Garrett, and Caden.
